About the Role

SnapIT Solutions is seeking a skilled SQA Automation Analyst to join our team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a hybrid environment while collaborating closely with federal government partners. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with the intent to become U.S. citizens.

Key Activities:

• Analyze, design, test, and deliver technology solutions while implementing comprehensive software quality assurance strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and execute both automated and manual test scripts.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to execute test scripts on schedule.
• Automate end-to-end workflows across various delivery teams.
• Document, track, and resolve software defects in collaboration with product teams.
• Ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle via peer reviews and relevant QA processes.
• Develop and communicate metrics to measure software reliability, compliance, performance, and security.
• Collaborate closely with delivery partners to align QA efforts with product schedules.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science/technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or AccelQ.
• Experience with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS and automating Salesforce and web applications.
• Strong understanding of QA and testing principles, with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile, cloud-based delivery and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Advanced understanding of test automation best practices and the ability to develop and debug complex scripts.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.

Location:

• Hybrid - Kansas City, Denver, Oklahoma City, or Omaha (80% remote / 20% on-site)

Additional Information:

• Citizenship: US Citizens and Permanent Residents or Green Card holders with the intent to become a US Citizen
• Screening Requirements: Due to information accessed while preforming the job, employment is contingent upon passing additional screenings, including education/employment verification, criminal history, credit history, and reference checks. These additional screenings would be initiated at the time of offer acceptance and can take up to a couple of months to be completed. You can begin work before the screening is completed; however, continued employment is contingent on acceptable screening results.
• Sponsorship: H1-B sponsorship is unavailable. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
