Technology Sales Associate
About the Role
We’re hiring a multi-talented technology sales associate to lead our sales division to support our Trainings Division and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and manage leads, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, a team player, and is detail oriented.
This role offers a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and gain hands-on experience helping to build SnapIT’s Training division.
Job Responsibilities
Identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success
- Lead our sales team by identifying individual sales targets, understanding sales territories, and working with our training department to make sure they’re successful
- Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals
- Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement
- Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals
- Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in Sales
- Degree or Certificate in Business preferred
- Ability to effectively utilize our CRM Platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about mentoring and growing relationships within the IT industry
Desired Qualities
Enthusiastic about learning and speaking about new technologies
Adaptable to changing technical environments
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Salary & Benefits
$18-$21 p/hour salary commensurate with experience
