As a Solutions Architect specializing in Salesforce and Multi-Cloud environments, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our clients' business requirements. You'll work closely with stakeholders, industry partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust multi-cloud solutions, encompassing Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure PaaS/Serverless components. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the security, compliance, and scalability of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Cloud Business Requirement Analysis: Engage with clients to comprehensively understand their business requirements. Your primary focus will be translating these needs into specialized solutions within a multi-cloud architecture that leverages Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure PaaS/Serverless technologies.

• Stakeholder Collaboration for Multi-Cloud Adoption: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and industry partners. Your role involves designing solutions that make the most of Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure components while ensuring alignment with existing or newly developed business processes.

• Teamwork Across Cloud Platforms: Coordinate closely with development, QA, and support teams to ensure the timely delivery of multi-cloud solutions. These solutions should incorporate Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure PaaS/Serverless technologies, meet budget constraints, and adhere to ITA's quality standards.

• Multi-Cloud Architectural Community Engagement: Collaborate proactively with other solutions architects who specialize in Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure. Your objective is to foster continuous improvement and innovation within the multi-cloud context.

• Multi-Cloud Best Practices: Share your expertise by providing expert guidance on best practices, design patterns, and industry standards specific to Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure PaaS/Serverless components within a multi-cloud strategy.

• Multi-Cloud Security and Compliance: Lead efforts to design and implement robust security protocols spanning Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure platforms. Your role includes ensuring cross-cloud compliance with industry and legal standards.

• Multi-Cloud Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure components. Your goal is to guarantee the stability, scalability, and security of the multi-cloud architecture.

• Stay Current on Multi-Cloud Platforms and Ecosystems: Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest features, releases, and best practices related to Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure. These platforms are key elements of a successful multi-cloud strategy.

• Organizational Best Practices in Multi-Cloud Architecture: Assist ITA in adopting and leveraging best practices and frameworks that specifically benefit multi-cloud initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure PaaS/Serverless technologies.

Education/Experience/Skills

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a field related to information systems, or business management.

• Salesforce Architect Certification(s) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.

• Extensive experience in Salesforce solution design, configuration, and deployment.

• Strong understanding and experience in multi-cloud architecture, specifically involving Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure PaaS/Serverless.

• Familiarity with Salesforce development languages such as Apex, Lightning Components, and integration patterns.

• Strong understanding of Azure PaaS/Serverless technologies and the Microsoft 365 suite.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Project management and leadership skills are essential.

• Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure.

• 10+ years relevant IT industry experience

• Enterprise-level experience with .Net/C# and other related Microsoft Technologies.

• Hands-on experience with software development, enterprise architecture, and directing technical teams

• Familiarity with microservice architectures, monitoring tools, databases, and containerization

• Demonstrated experience with DevOps practices

• Ability to think strategically and relate architectural recommendations to business needs and client culture.

• Extensive knowledge and application of Design Patterns

• Ability to communicate technical solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience assessing the performance of software systems and implementing tools used to optimize performance

• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity best practices.
