Technical Product Manager
SnapIT Solutions has a full-time opening for an experienced Technical Product Manager. In this role, you will lead product development teams and define the product vision and roadmap. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and set priorities. The ideal candidate has a technical background, experience in product development, and strong leadership skills. This is a 80-20% (remote-onsite) hybrid working position in the KC metropolitan area OR 100% remote for candidates outside the metropolitan area.
Basic Qualifications
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to development teams and stakeholders
Ensure product development roadmap aligns with business objectives and priorities
Work closely with development teams to define and prioritize user stories and requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and input on product features and functionality
Manage the product backlog and prioritize development efforts based on business value and engineering efforts
Provide guidance and support to development teams to ensure successful delivery of product features
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions on optimizing features and functionality
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in a banking or financial services organization
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools
Experience in SAFe is preferred
Experience with software development lifecycle processes and tools
Hands-on experience with API development and integration
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
