SnapIT Solutions has a full-time opening for an experienced Data Call Administration & Management Manager. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person with proven skills to work collaboratively with our federal government customer. This is a 100% remote working position.
- Review the Data Call requests and assign them to the appropriate team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain the SharePoint documents library and tracking tool.
- Host weekly Data Call check-in meetings, maintain meeting notes, track action items, follow-up with teams as required.
- Assist with automation and streamlining of the Data Call process
- Other Data Call related tasks as assigned.
- 5 years Call Center experience required
- 3-5 years management experience
This position is 100% remote.
